LIVING WITH THE  GHOST

Episode 15

Ann rushing out of the bathroom with soap on her body to see joy watching her baby crying on the hard floor.

"Joy!!" Ann scream picking up her baby the was still crying and comforting her.

Joy still on the floor coughing and trying to catch some breath

"Why will you hurt my baby have I wrong you?" Ann ask angrily 

Joy started making signs of how she press her neck.

"I don't get you what happened to your neck ? Speak out let me also hear you am tire of this your signs and hands waving" Ann said looking at her baby how hurt she was.

"You care more about your baby" joy said  then cover her mouth as she thought that won't come out clearly for Ann to hear.

"What? I brought you in here from the village and... Wait did you just speak clearly, my joy" Ann said about to hug her but she just walk away angrily.

Few minutes later joy was eating in the kitchen and Ann came in.

"Am sorry for shouting at you earlier my best friend I don't know what happened so can you tell me?"

Ann ask but joy just shake her head.

She gave her a sign that she should forget.

"No talk pls say something" Ann said.

Joy thought of the whole incidence then sigh.

"Anytime I try talking now I always... I always vomit ...eh eh"joy said coughing then spat out blood into the shank.

"jezzz Oh my God atleast you can speak now let's go to the hospital and check on it again what did you think?" Ann ask.

"No" joy said rubbing her belly

"I know am not pregnant again so I can walk very well"

"Hmm OK" Joy replied while Ann came and hug her whispering into her eyes.

"Then later tell me what happened" she said releasing her friend from her hug.

Back in the village

The chief guard came to Agnes home.

"See my handsome chief guard and husband to be" Agnes said opening her arms to receive a hug.

"You know that if someone knows about us that will be death for me and you" Ben said looking around.

"Why are you here if not for what's In between my legs" Agnes ask dropping her hands and drag him inside.

"Eh I over heard Anita telling her husband that your mother Is the one responsible for Mende's  house That got burn down Is it true?" Ben ask and Agnes that was undressing her clothes pause for some second.

"which Anita ?" Agnes asked.

"Sam wife that useless former chief guard so is it true?" Ben ask again

"No it's not just all this rumors you know" she said wearing back her clothes.

"Hey I want it now" Ben said licking his mouth.

"Am not  in the mood again" Agnes said going out.

"Where are you going I didn't say anything oh" Ben said going out too.
